Hairy Pothead is a pot-filled parody illustrated book made with writer Dana Larsen (pictured below).
The start of the illustration process always begins with rough sketches to get an idea of the emotions, characters, and composition.
The illustrations were done with pencil, then either inked traditionally or vectored in Adobe Illustrator.
All art was painted in Adobe Photoshop, with the book layout being designed in Adobe Indesign. Hairy Pothead is currently in it's third printing.
Upon it's release it was an international success, appearing in stories on newspapers, magazine, and even Cracked.com.
