We were asked by the kind people at Rakuten to make a t-shirt commemerating an open house event bridging their Tokyo and New York offices.
What we started off with is what they chose with a friendly fist-bump between each city's own lovable kaiju.
After which we solidified with tight pencils for the final design.
Then inks, and finally some last color and text elements.
The work would appear on t-shirts, posters, invitations and other swag for the event.
